PCDHb2抗原；原鈣黏素β2重組蛋白多種屬原鈣粘蛋白是鈣粘蛋白樣細(xì)胞粘附蛋白的一個大家族，參與大腦神經(jīng)元連接的建立和維護(hù)。有三個原鈣粘蛋白基因簇，分別命名為α、β和γ，它們都包含多個串聯(lián)排列的基因。PCDHB2（原鈣粘蛋白β2），其替代名稱包括MGC111392或PCDH-BETA2，是原鈣粘素β簇中的16種蛋白質(zhì)之一，含有798個氨基酸。

[ USAGE ]

Reconstitute in 10mM PBS (pH7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.

[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]

Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Store at 2-8oC for one month.

Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.

Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
